Terms of Use

Effective 11 October 2026

Athleon is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add details about training safety and the social features. Where they differ, the Standard EULA applies.

1. The app

Athleon is a strength training app for iPhone, made by Grigor Dochev, for planning, logging and understanding your workouts. You may use it under the Standard EULA and these terms.

2. Training and health

Athleon gives general fitness information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Athleon Coach and Form Feedback are automated. They can misread a movement or a situation, and their suggestions may not suit you. Use your own judgement, train within your limits, and use a spotter and safe equipment for heavy lifts. You train at your own risk.

3. Social and Train Together

You are responsible for what you share, and you may only share content you have the right to share. Be respectful: don’t harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, and don’t share anything unlawful or sexually explicit. Only invite people you know. If someone in a circle behaves badly, leave the circle and tell us at [email protected].

4. Your content

Your workouts, notes and other content are yours. Athleon doesn’t upload, collect or claim any rights to them. Content you share is stored in iCloud and shown to the people you share it with, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases

If Athleon offers purchases, they’re processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. No warranty

Athleon is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee that Athleon will be error-free or that its calculations, estimates and suggestions are accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for injury arising from your training, for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

7. Trademarks

Apple, iPhone, iCloud, Apple Health, Apple Intelligence and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Hevy, Strong and Fitbod are trademarks of their owners. Athleon is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Hevy, Strong or Fitbod.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Athleon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
